Day 1 The TV is blaring in the background during dinner. It always does. Around the dinner table it's quiet although no one is listening to the TV. My family barely talks. Not about anything important anyway. "Pass the potatoes", "I got an A in math", "My day was fine". Nothing elaborate and nothing we didn't say the day before. No stories, no laughing and no fun.
